Janet's place was perfect in every way. I stayed for a few months and she and Wendy were very communicative and helpful with different things I had come up, and very friendly. the WiFi was perfect for a remote engineer. great. kitchen and the bedroom/ balcony most amazing view for sunrise and sunsets. I wouldn't change a thing other than trying to stay even longer.

This lovely little place will be my new go to for when I visit ABQ. I checked in quite late due to a missed flight. Janet was very accommodating, she even picked myself and my dog up at the airport. I was quite greatful for that and for the food items that were left for me as I didn't get a chance to get groceries. Co host Wendy was right next door and responded right away when there were any (small) issues. Nice little enclosed yard for my dog, and rap around balcony to have my coffee in the morning. Set back from the street makes it feel very private and secure. Perfect location; 10-15 minute drive away from the airport, breweries/ stores in Knob Hill, Old Town, highway is right nearby. Highly recommend Janet and Wendy's place!

I stayed at Janet's for a long-term stay from June - end of August. It was a wonderful experience! Great neighborhood, wonderful deck to enjoy the summer evenings, and great location. The only thing I would mention to be aware of for long-term folks - the refrigerator is a mini-fridge. It worked alright for me, but something to be aware of! I would definitely stay here again. Wendy is so warm, and very responsive. A wonderful place to stay and enjoy ABQ :)

OMG this place was PERFECT for my stay. I was in town for a conference and this place was awesome for my budget and just a cool place to hang out after conferencing all day. Janet was extremely reaponsive and met me to shoe me around the property and explain some of its quirks—I always appreciate knowing a bit about the space’s “personality,” if you will. Wendy, the other host, lives right next door and it was easy to get hold of her, too. I’m from Albuquerque, so I’m familiar with the area and the neighborhoods, but both Janet and Wendy are more than happy to provide recommendations on local eats and things to do, so for people who are not from ABQ, they are a great resource and there are some menus and pamphlets available in the space. Loved that there is an upstairs and a downstairs and a great courtyard area as well as outdoor deck seating on 2nd floor. Really hope I can get this space again in the future. Quiet residential area, easy access to hoppin’ ABQ spots. Loved it.
