Beautiful property and a wonderful host! The tiny house was cozy and with plenty of space, and the surrounding countryside was peaceful. I will definitely look into staying there again the next time I’m in the area.

Perfect place for solo male to get away from hectic city life for three nights to find peace and quiet. The house is at the edge of large pastures populated with a few cows and lots of birds. It is an easy to find wonderful sized house with full sized kitchen appliances. (Greg calls his place “tiny house,” but I found it comfortable and not cramped at all.) But if cooking is not your thing, there are some restaurants about 10 minutes away. Some bonuses are an outside fire pit, comfortable reclining sectional sofa, stacked washer/dryer, and two sleeping lofts perfect for children (or brave adults). Greg was quick to respond when I had a question and said that he would interact as much or as little as the guests desired. I highly recommend Greg’s place and plan to return again.

This was our second time staying at One Boot and it never disappoints! We love how quiet and tucked away it is. You truly can kick up your feet and relax here. If we needed anything at all, Greg was always just a text away. This will definitely be a place we keep coming back to recharge.

Absolutely amazing people, Greg and his wife. Went above and beyond to accommodate me. Wish I would’ve booked it out for longer. Property was exactly as described, a beautiful ranch getaway less than 45 minutes from multiple urban areas.
