Great location but not what we expected. No Air conditioning in basement. Bought our own fans that we left behind for the next guests. Needed to let workers in often for the upstairs neighbor whose power kept tripping...the box was located in our apartment. A bit run down but we gave feedback in hopes they can improve it.

Location was great. House fit a family of 5 very comfortably with everyone having a space to hang out. WiFi was down a lot.. Husband and Kids had issues with zoom calls for school and work. If you go during the summer please know that the A/C is only window units. there is one that is for the kitchen/dining room and family room. The exhaust fan in the kitchen only blows back into the kitchen so if its hot outside you will not want to the cook. There is an A/C unit for each upstairs bedroom so those are great, but there are no units for the basement. On days when it was really hot out it was pretty miserable sleeping in the basement.

We loved the location but we had small issues with the internet and broken cabinets in the kitchen. There was roughly weekly small issues that had to get resolved.
