Our stay was actually better than expected . Bathrooms were amazing neighbors were very friendly. The view of the river was outstanding on there amazing patio over looking the river. Love brockville such a nice place to stay for a weekend.

What a peaceful & beautiful place! The 3 bedrooms with beds (not counting the sofa bed) and full 1 bath on the lower level worked well for our family. We loved watching the big ships, the downtown area (especially the farmers market on Sat & Railway tunnel) and shopping at The Butcher Shop for dinners. Timothy was very attentive and we would return and recommend his place!

Beautiful place very well appointed and had lots of food and snacks in case you forget something. Well worth the money and highly recommend to anyone!

Awesome location and facilities. We rented this house for our sons wedding and couldn’t be happier. Hosted the rehearsal dinner and post wedding hangout on a sunny Saturday afternoon. Swimming in the river, relaxing on the deck. Very comfortable beds. High quality TVs in every room. Kitchen was well stocked with all the appliances you could need. Would rent this house again hands down.
