The house was amazing but it's all about that backyard. It is extremely private and large. I never saw or heard a neighbor. The art work is so unique and at night it appears to really pop. The covered area is perfect for a break from the sun. I can't forget to mention the 4 day beds, very comfortable and easy to get in and off of. I will definitely stay with this host again. The only negative is that we had to come home.

This impeccably clean home had three spacious bedrooms all with very comfortable beds. The tasteful furnishings showcased meticulous attention to detail. We greatly enjoyed the outdoor spaces and their stunning mountain views which really added to the overall tranquility of this Palm Springs retreat. We had the pool heated to 90F, which was nothing short of incredible during a few cool desert nights. Its prime location offered convenient access to all the amenities we could have asked for. We found several excellent cafes and restaurants nearby, but also used the well-appointed kitchen to whip up a couple home-cooked meals during our stay. We also loved using the projector to watch movies. Communication with Dylan and his cohost was an absolute pleasure which added a wonderful ease and comfort for our stay. Without a doubt, Dylan’s home has become our preferred upscale retreat in Palm Springs.

Dylan's house was a wonderful place for our family to stay for a few days. We loved spending time in the pool and the spa and interacting with the different features and amenities that the home offers. Dylan was also incredibly responsive and helpful when we had questions.

Dylan's place was fine. Safe neighborhood and very walkable streets. We were able to check in early which was very nice. The house felt a little lacking to be honest. Dishes and small appliances in the kitchen were a bit dirty from previous guests so had to give everything an extra clean. Round bed was very firm. Toilet leaked in the primary bathroom and the lighting in both bathrooms was not ideal for getting ready considering the sun goes down around 4:30. Had issues a couple of the nights with the hot tub but Dylan was responsive in trying to help sort it out. Overall we were able to enjoy ourselves but I don't know if I would choose this spot on my next trip to Palm Springs.

Great place for the family, plenty of space for all. House was clean, quiet & private, easy access to all our activities during our stay. Dylan was responsive and easy to communicate with throughout.
