We had a great stay, Kathleens place was perfect for our group of 5 in town for a gymnastics meet my daughter competed in. Kathleen left extra touches to help us really feel at home when we arrived and was very helpful with any questions we had. Would love to come back to the area and stay here again!

This was our second time renting Kathleen's place to host our family Christmas. Her place was BEAUTIFULLY decorated for Christmas so we did not even need to use the decorations we brought with us. Furthermore, Kathleen went above and beyond this time to host us. I contacted her after 10pm on our day of arrival to ask her if her place was free the next day. We were in a horrible situation at a different Airbnb and Kathleen was more than accommodating. She let us book her place immediately and check in (we were going to have to find a hotel for the night and had perishable frozen and refrigerated food with us that we were counting on a full size refrigerator for). Anyway, Kathleen saved the day and we were SO grateful to check into her beautifully decorated, perfectly clean, and wonderfully appointed home. Our kids and grandchildren loved the house and we had a memorable and fun Christmas there thanks to Kathleen's quick response and her ability to host us at a moment's notice.

This was our first experience with Airbnb, what an awesome house and host! Everything was thought of throughout the whole house. We would definitely stay again! Thank you for a wonderful two weeks in Cedar Rapids.
