Arrived to check in never received check in email. Had to call customer service to get codes after allotted time for check in. Call host number listed on airbnb website does not work! Freaking out because we are hours from home. No apologies after we finally got to speak to someone here’s your code. Then asked for a email the next more after the fact of already having one from communicating on through email and text. Room smelled like the condo had been under water floor was filthy! My children had black feet after few mins on the floor! I was bitten by something in the bed! The sheets were stain and stank! I wanted to throw up every day! If we had more more we would have left but had no extra to get another place. I Lysol-ed til I couldn’t no more! Whole condo made my skin crawl! Dated in the 1990! Will never book here again!

It worked great for our family. Would like to have had better working elevators to go up and down since it was the top floor. Happy with it since we booked last minute.

The keypad was a little tricky sometimes but a nice place to stay.
