What should I say! We are still Awestruck with the 2Nights stay we had at this Serene, Peaceful, Beautiful, Clean and "Natural" stay! Just 1 minute to the lake, you can simply feel like having your own private spot with the birds, ducks, and nature to accompany you! Amruta was always responsive and always available! The Food was fantastic! Staff was helpful too! We will be visiting soon as we have already felt as connected to this place!! :-)

This is a great property surrounded by nature in a calm, rustic, breezy rural setting. I adored the construction of the cottages(Design DIY by Amruta & Pankaj) and the neighbouring lake. Since the ground is not naturally very fertile , it has taken careful planning, work, and attention to surround everything with greenery. The staff was really polite and helpful, and the food was tasty and homely. We enjoyed the airy cafe and the thoughtful arrangement of books and plants to create a calm and cosy atmosphere right away. Nearly every aspect of the facilities and services was excellent. Above all, we were impressed by this modest, talented, intelligent, and inspirational couple's will to do something different and also for the community. Thank you Pankaj and Amruta for rendering this wonderful experience.

My wife and I stayed at 130 Awata for three nights. Beautiful farmstay by the lake. The love and thoughtfulness that has gone into making the place is evident in every nook and corner. The hosts, Amruta and Pankaj who live on the property were welcoming. Amruta made us feel at home, she is knowledgeable and very kind. We had a much needed rest and relaxation with delicious freshly cooked meals unlike any we have experieced in other air bnbs. Thanks Amruta and Pankaj for the fabulous stay. Give our love to Jack and Yeow!

The stay was something that we absolutely cherished. A piece of heaven in lush, green fields full of peace and quiet. Amruta and Pankaj were delightful hosts who had the most beautiful story to share. We can't describe what you'd experience, but this is a once in a lifetime experience that is sure to change your perspective toward lifestyle choices
