Well I’m gonna start with good. The villa itself is very beautiful and the pool was nice However our vacation turned into a nightmare since nothing in the house was working ( AC toaster grill vacuum blender). It was 40 degrees in Cyprus and I believe 50degrees inside the house with no AC , contacted the host immediately for 3 days they did nothing, electricity was shouting out every single day for 7 days. The last photo on the listing has nothing to do with the property there is no sand on the beach it’s a very rocky beach useless So I traveled from USA , had guests from UK and Armenia only for a pool. Very very disappointing

Excellently responsive and polite service team. Some extra surprises came up, like the cost for pool heating, extra security deposit that was not mensioned early and the correspondence ended when came the time to talk about reimbursement for Jacuzzi not working most of the time. Over all good villa, clean, functional and modern. Location is peaceful (nothing but villas in 3km). Professional AirBnB host.

Our party of 7 enjoyed this home. The views of the sea were gorgeous, the pool was heated comfortably for April, the en-suite bathrooms were a plus and the location was great for enjoying nearby beaches, hiking and even the water park. The host was responsive for addressing issues and very communicative with questions we had in advance. I would book through L.A. Mer Homes again.

We loved our stay. Great for the big family. Beach not to good. House and pool is wonderful. What the pictures show is what we got. Thank you also for good service. ❤️
