Great communication, easy check in/ out, and an overall no-hassle stay that was everything I needed it to be. While not an issue for me, others may find the bed overly firm and the neighbor's dog's a bit loud. Would definitely stay again.

Asher is a great host disregard the bad post you see. Asher had me a brand new bed queen size new towels and sheets. The only downfall is no microwave but everything else is great nice shower big bathroom and big room anything you need Asher will get for you. I highly recommend staying here

Don't get catfished! The photos look nice, but theres so much lacking in this space. There's no TV, Microwave, internet, there's barley a bed, or a real full size trash can. If it was listed as is, then I wouldn't of been upset. However I was assured by the owner that several of my concerns would be addressed before I got there and they weren't. The other issue I had was it said guesthouse, but upon arrival I realized there was an actual bedroom that was locked. So I'm renting the house but I'm purposely locked out of the bedroom which I'm sure had a bed, they just don't want you sleeping in it. Instead they offer a pull out futon which is fine, but the futon mattress is waaayyy past it's prime. Hell it hurt my tailbone sitting on it for extended periods of time. Honestly the mattress should of been replaced several years ago. An the shower curtain was covered in a florescent orange mold that should of been replaced as well. Basically your renting four walls and a roof. An for ten more bucks you could stay in a hotel and get everything and then some that's lacking in this unit. I just felt very mislead and didn't see a honest review, or I would of chose another place to stay at. Especially since I was staying there for work, so my stay was intended to be a longer one. I actually left a full day early and didn't mind doing so.
