Il Kuf is a humble, hospitable and respectful rural community.
You can buy from the local neighbor's veggies, dairy products derived from milk such as cheese and butter, and eggs. You can also eat local dishes cooked by neighbors. In the village, there is a message boy service that can buy any food in M'diq/Rincon and bring it to you.
In the area, you can go hiking in the mountains on marked routes. You can also do mountain bike excursions around il Kuf, the neighboring villages, and the Smir water reservoir.
Despite being located on the mountain, away from the mundane noise, the house can be accessed by car. It is 20-30 minutes by car from the beach and urban centers of a certain size such as the town of M’diq / Rincon, with all kinds of services such as restaurants, cafes or diving schools. The city of Tetouan is 30-40 minutes away, its ancient city was declared a World Heritage Site by Unesco.
The location is perfect for day trips to places of interest in northern Morocco such as the cities of Tetouan and Tangier; the villages of Chefchaouen, Oued-lau, Assilah, Mulay Abdesalam; the waterfalls of Akchour, or the Spanish city of Ceuta.

Il Kuf can be reached by car from M'diq / Rincón. The roads are being improved by the national government so it is possible to arrive with any type of vehicle. You can also hop on the vans that connect the village with M'diq / Rincon twice a day.
