The main level of the house features a quiet library inside the entrance and three bedrooms, each with an en suite bath. One bedroom features two king beds, another has one king and the master has one king plus a twin. All are connected to the expansive covered porch that overlooks the swimming pool, lawn and ocean beyond. The second level features a large living area with fireplace, wet bar, gourmet kitchen and master suite.
