The location is excellent, with the house situated near the sea, only about 1 km away, and conveniently close to a store like 7-Eleven. The village is easily accessible. The facilities and kitchen equipment are ready for use. However, the house is quite old. Some of the doors seem to be malfunctioning. The bathroom is rather dirty, and I spotted more than 2 cockroaches around the house. Additionally, one of the air conditioners in the second-floor bedroom is not working well for the size of the room. We tried to turn it on for more than 4 hours, but it still didn't cool adequately. The housekeeper seems helpful and responsive, as we requested to change one of the lights in the kitchen, and he came to help.
