Giving it a 4 ONLY because how responsive Cesar & his team was. But the place needs maintenance from toilets flushing, to showers, dusty, WiFi connection etc. The train noise at night, if you’re a light sleeper, I do not recommend. There was also ants. It does have potential; security, views, and location wise was great!

Very clean and safe place to stay. PROS-location, security,supermarket and restaurant in same building, well furnished, large space, comfortable beds. CONS-quirky security takes a while to open building door. Laundry room stinks and permeates apartment despite multiple air fresheners, train track next door, showers flood the bathrooms,very loud neighbors (2 out of 4 nights) led me to discover that the wall between the apartments isn’t sealed at the window frame. Air and NOISE goes thru (but no light or view) Overall the pros far exceed the cons and I would recommend.

Good price. Cesar was very responsive. The place itself is asethicly pleasant. Common areas very nice. A/C worked very well which is much appreciated. Location was close to majority of local places of interest. Market downstairs super convenient. I wasnt a fan of the beds, extremely uncomfortable. Gaining access into/exit the building was a pain in the butt. You can hear the train at all hours of the night, and the A/C is beyond loud so not ideal for light sleepers. Over all, for the price i would stay again.

excelente todo, lo único el aire acondicionado es demasiado ruidoso y más porque se apaga y vuelve a empezar con mucho ruido, seria lo único, fuera de eso todo excepcional
