My husband and I were really impressed with the bnb - it was perfectly as described as well as having everything you could need. I really liked the little touches of providing the extra just in case necessities. The location was really good with shops nearby and not a far drive to the town centre. One amazing thing is the parking on premises, so convenient! Overall, impressive and would definitely book again.

Overall the stay was fine, but the management company wasn’t doing any hosting. When I reported a problem with the WiFi as soon as I got in, no one replied or even acknowledged my messages throughout my stay. At the same time I got automatic messages of checkout reminders. Another thing that bother me is the lack of transparency about collection of personal information. The company asks all guests to send in their ID, but gives no explanations as to how the information will be handled and used. When inquired about this the staff only replied explaining the rationale for collecting the information, and that the message will be deleted afterwards (but no mention of whether the ID will be downloaded and kept, or who will have access to it, etc). The whole experience makes me wonder why didn’t I choose to stay with more established hotels instead of an AirBnB if it means only business, without any human touch in it?

Great place to stay in Reading. Great location with lots nearby, apartment is also excellent, very cosy in a nice peaceful location.

A new, beautifully decorated and comfortable apartment. Parking place is a great bonus. Really an excellent, value for money. Nice and calm neighborhood. 5 min drive and less than 15 walk to the Reading University. Simran was a great and responsive host. Will stay again to my next visit in Reading.
