A first floor apartment with bathroom, kitchen, bedroom/sitting room and dining area with another simple bedroom upstairs again for an extra cost. The apartment hosts 2 comfortably although 4 can be managed (for the extra cost ) if steep stairs are not a problem. A covered terrace looks out to sea and 35 kms of beach. We live downstairs. There is a separate entrance. secure parking, Netflix and wi-fi . Our small village has all the necessities but we are 20 kms from banks and post office. Uninterrupted beaches. Tranquil, no real nightlife! This is a good area for cycling and walking. Many nearby restaurants, but no discos , pubs or clubs. The tourist town of Laguna is 20 kms away by road and ferry and is known for its exuberant carnaval. The lighthouse and surfing beaches of Santa Marta are next door (5kms) to our village.

Adoramos o lugar. Vista maravilhosa da praia. Queríamos um lugar para descansar e encontramos! Charles e Lilyan foram extremamente gentis e atenciosos. Super recomendo para quem quer ficar na beira da praia, com vista bonita e área espaçosa.

Charles foi um anfitrião muito atencioso e prestativo. A casa é linda, tem tudo o que é necessário para uma estadia perfeita. Fica localizada num bairro muito tranquilo e seguro, com mercados e restaurantes muito bons e com excelente custo benefício. Recomendo a todos da plataforma AIRBNB. Voltaremos com toda certeza.

Nossa estadia foi excelente. Charles é um anfitrião atento e sempre disponível as necessidades dos hóspedes. Sua esposa Lilian é muito simpática. A vista da varanda do apartamento é linda. O legítimo "pés na areia". Recomendo

A quiet fishing village situated between lagoon and sea with extensive beaches, sambaquis, providing adequate shops and restaurants. Santa Marta with its lighthouse and surfing is 5 kms away. Laguna, a charming colonial town reached by road and a ferry crossing 20 kms away. Jaguaruna our nearest town is 18 kms away for bank, post office, hospital and a wider range of shops.

Your own transport, (car, bicycle or legs ) is necessary but the host is constantly available for local transport to nearby towns and other beaches for a nominal fee. Plus pick up from, and drop off to nearest national and international Rodovaria in Tubarao..45 kms away.
Rudimentary public transport from this village to the nearest town of Jaguaruna, 3 buses per day! Not running atpresent due to covid-19.
