This apt. is nice, quiet, clean, well equiped and with a nice view of the river. There's a 7/11 few steps away and a supermarket/restaurant about 400 mts across the bridge. Of course, the best feature around is the Explanada along the river, where there's also a small restaurant open early for breakfast. Christine, the assistant, is friendly, helpful, making sure you have a good stay and replaced the container of drinking water. Days later came toadvised me of a blackout and explain the emergency feture, etc.

There are a lot of condos for rent in Iloilo, but do yourself a favor, book this one! The owner has put soooo much detail into his apartment, it’s is comfortable, functional and beautiful! The views of the river in the morning while you have your coffee or at sunset are amazing. Everything about this place is top notch! It’s worth every peso!
