Just a short drive from the M4 motorway and Swansea Railway Station, here's a 4 bed house close to Swansea city centre and the waterfront that's ready to welcome up to 9 guests to South Wales. With on-street parking in this residential road, you shouldn't have far to carry your belongings into a house that's presented to very high standards. Make yourselves at home in a lounge with comfy seating that offers up great views of the flat screen TV - first to grab the remote gets to choose the channel! The kitchen features all the appliances guests need to prepare tasty snacks, delicious meals and, of course, those essential cups of tea and coffee. There's a dining table where you can sit and enjoy what you've rustled-up in the kitchen. It's a space that can also be used as a work desk if you're in Swansea on business. The whole house is served by a fast WiFi connection, so staying in contact with clients, the office, and friends and family back home is easy. Between them, the bedrooms have a mix of double beds and single beds that will sleep up to 9 guests in comfort. Who gets what room is one of the fun bits of staying here you can sort out when you arrive. All guests will have access to the family bathroom which features a bath tub, shower and wash basin, plus a WC in a separate room.

There's free on-street parking on a first come, first served basis. It's a short walk to the waterfront and the city centre where you will find a big variety of stores to browse and shop in, coffee shops to relax and meet friends in, and restaurants and pubs to eat and drink in. NATIONAL WATERFRONT MUSEUM - celebrates the maritime and industrial history of Wales.
LC WATERPARK - right next to the museum, this popular attraction features slides, tubes and pools to ensure fun for all the family.

If you're working in the area, you'll find it easy to drive from the house to the industrial estates on the outskirts of Swansea, or walk or cycle to the businesses in the city centre.
The house is located to the east of Swansea city centre near the waterfront. It's easily accessed by car from the M4 motorway, which runs almost the entire width of Wales and England right into London. And with free on-road parking, driving here is a good option. But there's no need to bring a car as you'll be able to walk or cycle to many places. You can also catch buses and order taxis to take you to various places in the area.
It's a short drive to Swansea train station, which is where you can catch trains to places further afield, including Milford Haven, Newport, and Cardiff in Wales, and Manchester and London in England.
