I stayed here for straight two months and I don't regret it. It's a perfect place for everyone looking for a calm surrounding with good security and responsive staff. I had an amazing time here at affordable prices, and the staff was super amazing, particularly the security and the cleaners. It felt like home.

I was looking forward to a weekend away with my SO and was very disappointed by my decision to stay here. After booking, the location was not provided. Instead, the general city was listed as the location. When I asked Mawinnie for directions, she did not provide any (or any coordinates) and instead told me to look for signs. She did not even say what was listed on the signs. When I arrived, the security guard had not been informed of our arrival. He then gave us a different room than I had requested. The room itself was nice, but that's about all I can say. We made the reservation for the two of us, and I had told Mawinnie this when I booked, but we were only given one towel. The tv did not work, and staff was unable to fix it during the weekend. The Wifi was not strong enough to use in the room, and staff was also unable to help us with this. At the time of booking the listing included breakfast (though this may change in the future), but our first morning staff said they did not prepare anything and there was no food for us to serve ourselves. After I spoke with Mawinnie she repeatedly insisted I was wrong and refused to compensate us in any way. She arranged for us to have breakfast on the second day, but only after telling me that the "included breakfast" on the listing was a mistake. Overall, this the not what we had in mind for a relaxing weekend away. The listing was more trouble than it was worth. If you are looking for a nice place to stay in Maseru, I recommend spending your money elsewhere.

Convinient place to stay
