We were looking for a peaceful getaway where we could enjoy some nature and each other. Patrick's place was perfect for us. The house was clean and calm, we enjoyed watching movies on the couch and the beds were very comfortable. We enjoyed soaking the hot tub on the screened porch where we saw the sun set through the trees and later millions of stars in a very dark sky. We would definitely stay again.

It is with great disappointment that I had to leave this Airbnb location to be used as my proposal to my partner after it failing to meet the standards of what was advertised. Upon arrival, it was immediately visible that this was not an actual house or cabin, and was a motor home that was not as pictured on the Airbnb website. Arriving, we were greeted by the open dumpster in the front of the yard that had other construction materials. After entering the mobile home, we quickly realized that the Airbnb pictures were either very outdated or touched up to appear new. The floors are covered with mats to hide vents that sink into the floor and are NOT level. There is a mat covering the tripping hazard of an extended plank of wood raised from the kitchen island. The floors in the motor home are uneven and sunken in which were extremely concerning. The washer and dryer may be too heavy causing the floor to be literally sunken in the hallway. Patrick's place was valued well, and he was very friendly and helpful throughout the entirety of our stay.

It was a very cute place but needs some tlc. The host was extremely helpful and responsive(as long as there's wifi). There's games and coloring pages provided. Both the rooms have very comfortable beds. There was plenty of room to spread out and sleep. The back porch is so perfect for the fall or early spring weather. There's a small pond as well in the front. It's a pretty good property. Just some minor stuff to point out: - AWD would definitely help in the winter time when there's snow on the ground. It took me 30 mins to get in due to it not being plowed - The hot tub seemed murky when we got in and then the jets just made it worse but when we contacted him he definitely helped out and let us use a different hot tub(at separate property) - The dishes(pots and pans) were oily and dirty with food and grime still on it - The throw blanket had a food stain on it P.S. The roof makes noise when windy
