Great stay and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice lake getaway!

Some of the issues we were having with the place 1. No water for for 24hrs we were there. we were a big group of 10 adults and two kids. this was really miserable. we called and were told the maintenance guy will come an hour after calling and they never showed up all night. they came following day at 10am. after checking the pipes we had to be relocated. that didn't happen till past 4pm. 2. Heaters not working in some bedrooms which are not attached to the main building 3. Bad wifi given the area doesn't have reception so my calls to vacasa kept dropping. 4. Difficulties accessing three bedrooms due to not getting codes and unable to reach manager 5. They didn't clear snow on the stairs which was atleast a foot. we didn't find any shovel around to help clear the snow. In summary this was a terrible property for winter.

Lockbox was broken. No cell service so getting hold of anyone requires driving to town 30 minutes away. Hot tube had not been cleaned or taken care of in over a week.

The location was good and besides the checkin rest of the stay was good.

The house and location was nice for the most part. Unfortunately we had a few issues and still have yet to hear back on those issues. We had some flooding in our Childrens room on the below floor. The second. Ivy water came in and soaked the floors. A lot of our kids items were wet and we had to wash and dry. I sent a message letting the owners know and did not hear anything back. After the second night of this happening we had them stay upstairs. Additionally we came back one day and there were several men on the property working on the dock. This caught us by surprise and we were never notified that people would be working in the property while we were there. Lastly, I’m not sure if the property is being sold, but the last day their were several cars that came into the property and people were walking around looking at property and talking about property. Was very disappointed in the complete lack of communication and furthermore zero response to any of our attempts to communicate. Also, note there is zero service on the property. So we were unable to contact anyone unless we left the property about a mile up the road. They do have Wi-Fi, but it did not work well enough to do anything.
