Das Haus ist sehr schön, sauber und hat eine fantastische Aussicht. Wir haben hier Silvester gefeiert. Die Terasse schaut direkt auf den See, das Masterbedroom hat eine Fensterfront zum See. Die Sauna fährt schnell hoch. Für mehr als 9 Leute wird es eng am Esstisch und auf die Couches muss man sich zu 9. raufkuscheln, aber das war für uns kein Problem. Etwas wenig Besteck, man muss zu 9. nach jedem Essen abwaschen, aber für uns kein Problem.

The house and the location at the lake is amazing. We visited in early April - too cold to do much around the water, but it will be great in summer. Check in was complicated as the house keeper spoke no English, so communication went through Tomasz. We were supposed to be met at the main gate at the street, however she was at the house. We took a while to figure out if we were at the right gate. The layout of the vacation village is tricky without good directions, at night, and very bad roads. Having someone do a check in in English would be very beneficial. At house we generally missed instructions in English (like for the sauna, where to find trash cans (at the main gate)). Note: The sauna door does not close properly, as the door is warped. Using the sauna is still quite cheap. I asked for additional towels for the sauna, which got lost in translation I think, so we had too few. Dishwasher was faulty and too few tabs (3 for 6 days). We enjoyed our stay none the less!

Der Kontakt mit Tomasz war effizient und einfach. Wenn es Probleme/Fragen gab, hatte ich die Antwort meistens in wenigen Stunden. Das Haus ist sehr schön und für 12 Leute ausreichend groß. Das es nur ein paar Meter vom See steht sorgt für schöne Aussichten beim aufwachen.

Great place to relax for a holiday in the lake district. The property is located in a holiday park(this is not mentioned) The roadway to the lake villa is extremely bumpy/pot hole dirty path so if you have a low car think twice about driving it to the property(there is a car park next to the security office) The property is also located next to a public beach so expect some noise during the day from that. During the week there was noone there at all but at the weekend it was very busy Other than that, the property is perfect! Great deck & the BBQ is very good. Sauna fits 2 comfortably. Direct access via the boat garage to the water with access to a paddle board and kayak to fit 2/3. Great lake to swim in, has a sandy bottom.👍 2 super king bed then 2 double beds. Beds were super comfortable!! Then loads of room to sleep kids down stairs. The internet connection was extremely bad. 2-5mbps with constant drop offs. So make sure you have a tethering device if you expect to do some work as it wont be possible via that. Via orange lte 50mbps so tethering is perfect. Kitchen was ok, missing a few things but the host said he will arrange those, large dishwasher. More than enough tables to keep it running multiple times a day(we stayed 5 nights) Washing machine & tumble dryer was great! Don't use all the devices at once though as the power tripped once at 10pm but someone came out & fixed within 10minutes 👏👏 There was access to a medium sized speed boat - we were not aware of this until the checkout. Checkout was smooth but for check-in we were waiting around for 20mins We will 100% visit again.
