Sunny, cozy, warm, two-bedroom apartment with an exceptional centric location in the heart of Sofia City Centre neighbourhood, just steps away from all major attractions and landmarks such as St Alexander Nevski Cathedral which golden roofs could be observed from the terrace. Lots of restaurants and bars with sunny terraces around. Cozy, extremely central and functional, it has everything that a family or couples would need for a memorable city break stay in Sofia. The apartment is located on the 4th floor in a building, which has elevator. It can accommodate up to 4 persons in, however in the living room there is a coach which could also provide a sleeping place and an additional inflatable mattress for 1 person. It features a very spacious living room area with a balcony, a well equipped kitchen, two bathrooms and two bedrooms. The spacious and bright living & dining space, offers a comfortable sofa, a dining table that seats 6, a flat screen TV (the TV is not smart), a coffe table. The big windows and the balcony fills the living room area with plenty of natural daylight. In the kitchen you’ll find: microwave, kitchenware, tableware, dishwasher, fridge/freezer, juicer, Nespresso coffee machine, kettle. I also offer basic kitchen condiments and detergent for washing crockery, to avoid you the hassle and cost of this basic shopping. The sleeping area features, two separate bedrooms, a bigger and a smaller one. The bigger one has a king- sized bed (150 x 190cm) and a bathroom in the room with a comfortable bath so you can relax and rest yourself, and clothe racks for conveniently placing all your belongings. In the smaller bedroom, you will find a double sized bed (125x190 cm), a big wardrobe, where you can find additional blanket, a duvet or a different size sleeping pillow (please do not use any clean sheets or towels you find they are for the guests after you, if you use them there will be 15€ fee requested.) and also a closet right behind the door where you will find the dryer and the hairdryer, iron, ironing board. In the room there is also a big working desk with direct natural light where you can study or work comfortably. The second bathroom is right next to the smaller bedroom and offers a comfy walk-in shower, toilet and an integrated mirror. Clean, fresh bed linen and towels are also included. When you book for two guest this includes the bed linen and towels for two people in the same bedroom, if you want to sleep in separate rooms additional charge of 15 euro is charged to the additional bed linen. This fee will also be applied if you want a change of sheets and towels no matter the length of your stay. You will find also iron, ironing board. Hand soap, shampoo, shower gel are also included. Fast WIFI Internet connection and hot & cold multi-split type air conditioning system is provided. 540 mbps download, 360 mbps upload. There is a washer and dryer with washing tablets provided. The cleaning fee refers to the cleaning of the apartment after departure. No cleaning service is offered during the stay. Could be provided at request for the cleaning fee of 30€.
