The appartement is superbly located inside the old town, near the port, Chios’ central square and a lovely smaller square that features 2 restaurants and an excellent café/bar. Check in was without incident, Michalis was kind enough to let us in earlier than agreed. The place is spacious, fully equipped and very clean. Special mention for the 2 very efficient air conditioning units. We didn’t check if the sofa was a sofa bed or not, but if it is, the apartment can easily accommodate a family of 3. Taking into account the spaciousness, cleanliness, excellent location and Michalis’ friendly demeanor I recommend this place without hesitation!

We stayed for a week in Michalis' lovely apartment. It's within the old castle walls, so really close to the port, historic centre, bus station, and some great restaurants and cafes. Both the bed and the sofa bed were really comfy, plus the shower was great too. Apartment is full of character and has a nice balcony. We'd stay again!
