I've stayed in MANY Airbnbs over the years & I have never had a bad experience until booking this condo. Good location, but the absolute worst experience I've ever had . Booked 3 nights but only stayed 1. We arrived at 8pm & the house had not been cleaned - The bedding was covered in black hairs, blood stains, & yellow stains. Black hairs all in the bathtub, trash left in the refrigerator, & the floor was definitely not vacuumed, etc. Towels in the bathroom were covered in yellow & black stains. Stained carpet. Wifi info didn't match check-in instructions, & once we reset the router, it continued to turn off & on. The door handle in the bedroom was broken. Noisy upstairs neighbors stomping around all night. We let the host know about the sheets upon arrival. They sent a maid who only changed the fitted sheet (& she arrived close to 10pm). I slept on a towel on top of the bed. We requested a full cleaning the next morning & the host didn't respond. A truly horrible experience.

Très bon séjour en famille à 4, emplacement idéal pour restauration et achat en supermarché accessibles à pied, et pour découvrir Sedona et ses alentours en voiture. Piscine agréable, dont nous avons pu profiter. Hôtes réactifs et sympathiques. Je recommande! Alix

This location worked out very well for our purposes. The unit was as advertised. We love Sedona and Oak Creek, hope to return soon.
