What a wonderful place to stay with a large family! It was set up perfectly for our 6 kids and 10 grandkids. Everyone had a room, the Harry Potter-under-the-stairs mattress set-up was a hit with the little ones, and having 2 family rooms was great. Like most families, we gather in the kitchen, dining room, and front room and this house has them all connected in one open area. Perfect! Lots of seating for eating and a great counterspace for feeding a huge group multiple times. The decks were all used as we enjoyed the view, gathered, ate, and reconnected with each other. Plenty of parking on a quite street. We arrived from 6 different states and had a lot of vehicles. We sure appreciated the Ideal Beach passes and used them for 2 of the days we stayed as we enjoyed the lake. We plan on returning in a year or two and hope this house is available- we would easily book again.

Great location on the fourth tee of the golf course. Good parking ability for a boat and lots of cars. Very clean, some dated furniture. Unfortunately the golf car had a dead battery, overall good experience.

This is a beautiful home. It had plenty of room for our large group. We especially enjoyed the proximity to the golf course and the included golf cart. Access to the Ideal Beach Resort was included, which was great. There was plenty of room to spread out so we weren't all on top of each other all of the time. The kitchen was well stocked and there was plenty of dining space. We loved the multiple decks that we could use to enjoy the beautiful views and weather. We had a great time for our family reunion. There were a number of repairs that need to be made, although none of them were a major inconvenience.

This is a beautiful home and an amazing location to bear lake, the golf course and the little towns. We had a family reunion with 27 of us and plenty of room. The house was clean with lots of things to do inside and out. There were inside games as well as outside games available. We brought our own kayaks and paddle boards, but it was great to have a few extras and so nice of them to let us use theirs in the garage. The access to Ideal beach and the golf course were perfect. We even used their golf cart. Kerry and Boyd were very accommodating and responsive. Our week was perfect, and we would love to stay in their beautiful home again if we go back to Bear Lake for our annual family reunion.
