The best thing is obviously the view and the location. The apartment itself was ok but a little dated and a number of things in need of fixing. Pool and gym were great.

Beautiful place lovely location. The most disappointing thing was we went to cook nachos in the oven and all of a sudden my daughter came out to me on the balcony saying that there was smoke everywhere in the apartment and then the smoke alarm started to go off and I was just like well the nachos can’t be cooked yet, we had to stop the fire alarms were going off. We all got our towels and details trying to get the smoke away from the smoke detectors with open the doors the front door and the balcony doors but the place was full of smoke. We were all choking in there. You could actually smell it through the whole level of the apartment actually smell it through the hole 60th Floor for the whole afternoon. someone actually knocked on our door and asked if there was a fire in there. I put this down to the Cleaner not cleaning up prior to the people that were in there as they must’ve cooked a pork roast and all the fat was sitting on the bottom of the oven and it was just covered up by some foil.

The view of the flat is extraordinary, and malls are around for easy shopping. As long as you use the air con to to keep a favourable temperature and humidity, the flat is a good choice for living.
