Located in Moonridge which is very hilly with steep roads. The view is beautiful but this cabin needs alot of maintenance. The driveway is terrible and steep. The are lot of stairs to get to the front door and then again inside to get to the living room/kitchen . The bottom floor are the bedrooms but the carpet smells like wet dog. The heater works well but the bedrooms get cold air. Leave the place spotless, the host charged an extra $150 cleaning fee.

Nice location in the Moonridge area. You need to be ready for stairs as there are quite a few to go in and out and up and down between the bedroom and kitchen. Once upstairs it a lovely space to hang out, either inside or outside on the deck.

My 3 kids and I all agree this cabin was fantastic. Aside from a couple issues (heater and washer) that were resolved promptly by Cool Cabins, this cabin was perfect. The cabin itself felt very comfortable and clean. All furnishings were in great shape as there was no wear and tear. The kitchen appliances seemed like they had never been used. The property gets an A+ for sledding. I made a slide that went from the back of the cabin all the way down the side yard to the driveway. Can’t beat not having to leave to have some awesome sledding. The cabin was also not stacked on top of other places like other cabins we’ve stayed at in the area. The front deck was huge and allowed the kids to play in the snow while I worked during the day. We also sat out on the Adirondack chairs to stargaze at night. Aside from the sledding, the kids loved the bunk beds, deck, and roasting marshmallows in the large fireplace. Lastly, the view is spectacular. You can view the slopes all the way to the lake. We could sit out and look at the view all day. There is something to be said about Cool Cabins. They manage their properties so well and all staff was polite to engage with.

Amazing place for a get together. Patio and upstairs is great for hanging out and a ton of space on the patio. Fully stocked with everything you need. Amazing views of the lake and mountain.
