This apartment is in a fantastic location... ~8 min walk to the cathedral, ~8 min walk to Seta de Sevilla, etc. The street was generally very quiet at night.. no traffic noise, and only the occasional voices of passers-by. The hosts were very responsive, and provided quality recommendations and advice. We did feel that the apartment could use some updating. The bathroom showed signs of wear and tear, including broken wall-mounted hangers, chips in the tub, built-up mildew in some corners, etc. In addition, the pictures for the listing appear to have been taken some time ago, as the condition, furniture, and decorations were not quite as pristine as in the pics. Overall, it was a very functional space located in a nice building and in a great location, but we would probably try something else if we ever return to Seville.

Responsive host, the apartment has a good location. Quite place and you could enjoy part of the rooftop view every morning/sunset.

This apartment in Sevilla was amazing! Beautiful and quiet neighborhood but still easily accessible to all of the sights of Sevilla by foot. The personal balcony/windows as well as the shared terrace space was our favorite, no furniture up there but it was great to see the views from the rooftop. The kitchen is well equipped, we didn't cook much but it had everything we needed (the coffee moka pot was a bit broken but there are plenty of spots nearby to get a coffee ). Spacious for 2 people, but more than that and you would be staying on the pull out couch. The shower leaked a little but was never a problem. Also, I forgot an item there and Sergio was kind enough to meet up with me later and gave it back washed and clean! Great hosts, great stay- I will definitely be booking again.

Excelente localización; la estancia ha sido agradable, Sergio y Carmen contestan muy amable y rápido. Ha habido un par de detalles que quizás se podrían mejorar sobre todo teniendo en cuenta el precio. En general, muy recomendable :)
