Overall, my stay was good. The villa was clean and as described. Everyone was comfortable and the villa accommodated my group. However, there were a few issues. 1) We didn't have hot water the first day. This issue was resolved the next morning. It wasn't communicated clearly in the listing that cleaning on occurs at checkout. We were able to pay for daily cleaning, but this is something that should be clearly listed. We were charged $40 for two missing towels. I'm not sure how towels came up missing because left the villa with a towel. The first day our rooms had 4 towels. After the villa was cleaned on the second day, two of the rooms only had 3 towels. I should have said something at that time, but I let it go. I discussed this issue at checkout, but the only recourse was to pay for the towels. If you rent this villa, make sure your towels are accurately accounted for. One last point, this is not a place to party. Music must be kept at a low volume. Overall, we enjoyed our stay.
