THIS HOME IS LOCATED IN WARATAH BAY Waratah Bay is an approximate 6 minute (8 km) drive to Sandy Point. *** PLEASE NOTE *** THERE ARE NO LAUNDRY FACILITIES AT THIS PROPERTY *** Suited for two families, this four bedroom traditional beach house with a fresh touch, is just a short 200 meter walk to the fantastic Waratah Bay Beach. You enter the house downstairs where you will find a lounge area. There is a television, DVD player, split system, games and some books. You will also find 2 bedrooms, one with a queen size bed, a bunk room that sleeps 4, a bathroom with shower and toilet. There is another separate toilet on the ground level. You access upstairs through a semi covered stair case, anyone with mobility challenges should consider using the bedroom on ground floor as there is no bathroom on the upper level. The stairs can get wet in wild weather and this property is priced accordingly. You will need to use the stairs to access the kitchen on the second floor. On this level there is a fully equipped kitchen with a dishwasher, coffee machine and microwave, a dining area with split system, one bedroom with queen size bed, one bedroom with a double bed. There is a balcony with a gas barbecue. BYO LINEN: Bedding is provided but guests must bring their own linen and towels. There is a great paved entertaining area at the rear of the house with a large table. Doonas and pillows are provided. You will need to bring all linen, beach and bath towels NO PETS STRICTLY NO SCHOOLIES or BUCKS/HENS NIGHTS PLEASE NOTE: There is a strict NO PARTY policy. The house is located in a residential area and noise and public disturbances will not be tolerated. Guests will be asked to leave the premises without notice should noise or nuisance complaints be received or if the number of guests exceeds the number confirmed at time of booking.
