Lovely place, we had a quiet time in Deal. Location is good with loads of restaurants and shops around. The fact that is pet friendly is definitely a plus. Thank you Nic.

Photos exceed reality. Plastic plants and flowers are tacky. Duvets smelt unclean and covers were bubbly. Sofa covers were tired and old. Decor was not warm. Just felt cold and old. I wouldn’t recommend it.

Lovely flat in the heart of Deal. Easy access to train and while parking is not at the door, there is plenty of it just round the corner. Flat had a homely feeling and had everything one could want. The bed was really comfortable, and the sitting room stunning and light. Good selection of Sci Fi books which was great.

Although there were a couple of issues that we were told about just before check in, we did enjoy our stay here. Great location, bright spacious living area, clean new bathroom and overall a lovely flat. The issues we were told about were, dinning room chairs damaged and in need of replacing and the front door handle of the main building was broken making it very hard to get out ( not great in the event of a fire!) . Nick did say they will get sorted. The main building is run down and needs work, but doesn’t take away from the flat once inside. Nick very helpful , and nice to have a late check out which was much appreciated. Overall a great stay, so would recommend.

I really enjoyed staying in Nick's flat,it was minutes away from the sea and the town centre,which was perfect for me.I loved the South facing skylight which flooded the lounge with sunlight.
