The cottage is quaint and well appointed. Very nicely decorated, and makes great use of the space. Loved watching the sunset from the balcony! As stated by other reviewers, the stairs are steep, so it the place is best for those without mobility issues. The heaters in each room work really well, and kept us warm in chilly windy nights. At checkout, guests are asked to wash towels and leave in the drier, and start a load with the bedsheets, so plan your timing accordingly.

This is a unique place in a peaceful location. Nice, cozy furnishings that match the house very well. Has everything you need for a nice stay. A swing on the porch and an upstairs patio that has a nice view. Tom is very responsive and accommodating.

We enjoyed our weekend at the Sea Glass Cottage. Found some great sea glass on the beach, visited Chincoteague. The cottage was just as described - very cozy and full of history.
