I have stayed in the apartment for 4 months and I enjoyed it a lot. When I go back to Quito I will definitely rent it again. The apartment was even nicer than I expected it to be from looking at the photos. Everything was very tidy and comfortable. The view on the garden is also nice. I work from home, so a good internet connection was very important to me. The WiFi was excellent! There was also a cleaning service included in the price - very nice. Another good detail is that there is a tap on the fridge for ice and drinkwater, which is useful because you should not drink tapwater in Quito. Chris is a great host who responds very quickly. The location is good too, there are many facilities in the vicinity of the apartment. All in all a very pleasant stay, well recommended!
