Absolutely wonderful! Comfortable home that easily sleeps 5. Quick access to all the local offerings. Highly recommend if staying in the Post Falls area.

Cute house! It was just a short drive to the lake and about 30 minutes to Silverwood. We would stay here again!

Unfortunately this was our worst Airbnb stay so far. The positives: the square footage and layout of the home is great. The negatives: The photos showed a kids toy structure, bbq, and fire pit in the backyard...none of those were there in real life. I specifically chose a place with AC (central air) and no photos of wall ac units. This house had NO functioning central air and one ineffective unit hooked in the living room window. It was unbearably hot (80-90+ degrees inside). Too hot to use the oven. Too hot to sleep, especially in the bedrooms. Had we known there was no real AC and none of the backyard items pictures we wouldn’t had booked it. We bought fans and tried to make it work. That’s when we learned that there were so many things lacking here. The coffee filter was really gross. We tried to clean it ourself but only had one sponge that was so dirty it was literally gray. There were NO wash cloths in the house, the only towels were hanging (no extras), there was only a few sheets left on the paper towel and no replacement rolls, no Kleenex tissues, there were half full rolls of toilet paper with only one extra roll per restroom... which is hardly sufficient for a house boasting of room for 7 people and we were meant to be there for longer than a weekend. When I asked the owners, we were told they just didn’t have any of these things. We had to go to Walmart and buy them ourselves so we didn’t run out. We were warned that the neighbor would turn our sprinklers on in the front yard but we had a young man walk through our backyard space in the late morning which was startling. Ultimately the heat in the house and the false advertisement and lack of those certain amenities led us to leave early and get a hotel for the rest of our trip. The owners refunded us the rest of our stay which I’m thankful for, but they seemed inexperienced in home owning and in hosting. For example, there was fabric softener but no laundry detergent, there was a full kitchen but no salt. The bed I slept in felt like I was on plastic all night. I would not advise anyone to sleep on the sleeper sofa, definitely not two people. There’s not enough couch space for more than 3 people to comfortably watch anything. Just little things that I took for granted when compared to other hosts who went the extra mile. If the AC was fixed, the amenities were FULLY stocked, and photos were accurate then this could be a great home to rent. Sadly that was not our experience.

Overall a great value. Spacious. Excellent communication. Great location. Very quiet neighborhood. Beds/pillows are mediocre. Had most everything we needed for while we were there - lacking only sufficient living room seating, numbers of bowls, oh and laundry detergent and salt would have been helpful. Unfortunately the only air conditioning was a unit in the living room as they've been waiting for a months for a new central unit. All in all had a good stay!
