Property as described. Clean house. Nicely done lounge/diner and bedrooms. Comfortable beds. Negatives: (Issues reported directly so hopefully sorted!). Needs some TLC. The family bathroom has no working extractor fan (no window), and no shower curtain or screen so after a shower water goes everywhere and needs mopping up and you can't get the steam out. The rear door locks, but can be opened easily from the outside!! We only discovered this on the last day so hopefully it's been fixed. The front door lock can be difficult to open, needs a jiggle. Easy to communicate with the hosting company, but spent the first evening messaging to & fro to get the main lockbox open (we were helped to access the property another way) and to get access to the small pool table in the garage. Someone came out the 2nd day, but only after I had to demonstrate that we'd tried lots of basic things. I'd have preferred to just relax on our first evening. Small 2nd & 3rd bedrooms. Only 2 wine glasses.

Stayed at this place as was working locally in the area good place to stay but needs to sort shower out in both rooms not good enough for five people staying at this property
