Included with the house is a private lakefront lot with 45 feet of lakefront with a dock. Easy access to Vt on the Essex-Charlotte Ferry, 25 minutes to Ausable Chasm and Lake Placid in under an hour. Nearby restaurants and beaches. We try to rent on a weekly basis in July and August and long weekends for June and September 3 bedrooms 1 bath with a new shower.
