Turgut was an amazing host, very responsive and helpful. The place was spacious and clean – only a few inconveniences: - As described, the private bathroom on the 1st floor doesn’t have a toilet (just a faucet/sink and a shower) and the bathroom on the 2nd floor has a toilet but no sink. This setup may work fine for a small group as there will be less contention to use the shared bathrooms but didn’t work very well for our large group of 10. - Water pressure and temperature were not consistent. On multiple occasions the water got cold and/or flow almost stopped in the middle of someone’s shower. - The jacuzzi needs some attention. It would either stop randomly or trip the circuit breaker. - During our stay, there were multiple ongoing construction projects in the close proximity that made it difficult to relax for hours due to noise. Despite all the above, we enjoyed our stay at Asil villa, though compared to my previous trips to Istanbul, this place felt a bit overpriced

In Istanbul's Üsküdar, we rented the Asil Villa, a wonderful place where we hosted all my siblings for my brother's wedding. Both its interiors and its spacious and airy garden enchanted us. The hospitality and attention of the homeowner were commendable. Of course, after the previous tenants, some details might have been overlooked. If you encounter such situations, I recommend contacting the homeowner from the start. Thanks to Asil Villa, all my siblings and their families had this special reunion in such a vast space, which we might not experience again. The beauty and warm atmosphere of the garden are ideal for creating unforgettable memories with your loved ones or guests. Highly recommended!

Turgut was a very hospitable host. He accommodated our every need during our stay, always going over and above to help our group. We cannot fault him in any way, he was friendly and fast to respond to everything we needed. I really appreciate for everything. highly recommended 👌👌👌👌👌
