Introducing our beautiful home from home! This traditional 3 bedroom cottage has been lovingly restored throughout and combines original features with a modern finish. The property is perfect for families looking for a peaceful and relaxing stay in a secluded location on the stunning Llyn Peninsula, whilst being close enough to explore Snowdonia National Park, Anglesey and many of the beautiful beaches on the peninsula! The property offers 3 double bedrooms, one of which is a Master bedroom with floor to ceiling window and garden view, as well as a super king size bed with en-suite. The second bedroom includes a standard double bed with stunning views of the countryside to the front of the cottage. The third bedroom can be setup with two separate single beds, or alternatively, as a king size bed. All three bedrooms are located on the first floor together with a family bathroom. On the ground floor you will find a homely living/dining area with center-piece wood burning stove and smart TV with full Sky subscription (all sports & movies). At the rear of the property is a fully equipped modern kitchen with central island/breakfast bar. There is also a utility area and separate shower/cloak room. One of the best features of the property is the large conservatory with double sliding doors, which open up on to the picturesque garden. Externally, you will find a fully secure, mature garden with large lawn and seating areas, as well as an outbuilding that has been converted in to a games room. The games room comes equipped with a multi-games table, offering pool, air hockey & table tennis, as well as a separate foosball table and darts board.

We stayed for 2 weeks and had a wonderful time at this cottage. It was well equipped, very cozy and in a remote area which is what we were after. Our group had dogs and kids. The dogs were very happy running around in the secure garden and the kids fully enjoyed the games room which is awesome. There are so many games to play but our favourites were table tennis and darts. Overall, we were able to fully relax and enjoy the cottage and its splendid surroundings. The hosts are absolutely amazing. We are all very thankful for their help with different queries and for accommodating our needs. Would definitely recommend it to others.

The cottage fully met our expectations in terms of facilities and was exceptionally well equipped. The games room was a bonus and something different. The garden is large and nicely maintained and was truly dog secure. Pre-visit the owners were easy to communicate with.

A beautiful cottage, kitted out with everything you could need and more. The games room was a bonus and well used in the evenings. Communication was very smooth and even a slight hiccup at check in was dealt with very swiftly. Very much felt like a well loved home rather than a holiday let. We had a wonderful stay, thank you!

We've had a lovely stay here. The cottage was clean and well-equipped. The location is ideal: it's remote to experience the countryside but also close (<30m drive) to many attractions. During our stay we've had a problem with the heating, but the hosts were excellent to get it addressed in a short time. Overall I would strongly recommend staying here if you want to visit Wales!

The Crossing Cottage is set in a desirable location just a short drive from the popular Welsh coastal town of Criccieth.
Nestled within a 25 acre lake and woodland nature reserve, the cottage is the perfect place for families and friends who are seeking to find a tranquil retreat, which also provides an excellent base for guests to explore all that the Llyn Peninsula has to offer.
The fields, lakes and woodland immediately surrounding the property offer a perfect retreat for birds and other wildlife, creating a perfect backdrop for guests to enjoy the many country walks and cycling routes in the area.
From the doorstep, guests can walk to the end of the street and join the famous tree-lined walk ‘Y Lon Goed’ which winds its way through the countryside for about five miles from the sea at Afonwen to Hendre Cennin near Bryncir.
Whether you are looking to actively explore the mountains of Snowdonia or simply relax and enjoy one of the many nearby sandy beaches along the Llyn coastline, the Crossing Cottage is ideally situated and provides the perfect sanctuary to unwind in the evening.
As there is little light pollution in the area, the clear night skies are ideal for star gazing in the garden at the end of a long day.
