Everything was fantastic at this beautifully renovated apartment. The location in Albacin is very charming and perfect for exploring various parts of the city (as long as you're good with some inclines). The apartment was very clean, spacious, and, in general, was undersold by the pictures provided. The private terrance is quite large and a wonderful place to spend time when the weather is good. Martin was always very responsive and helpful by text. He provided a very useful digital visitor's guide he created himself, with great local tips. The technology for entering the apartment worked well (you enter via an app). Note, however, that you should follow Martin's instructions for connecting to the apartment Wifi from outside the apartment door, as (if you have a U.S. phone) the celluar data is not great in the Albacin neighborhood. Coffee was provided in the apartment, and all the appliances worked well. We would definitely stay here again. It exceeded our expectations.

Martin’s place was a gem of an apartment. In the middle of the Albacin, not too high up nor too far down. Very comfortable. Exceptionally well-cared for place. Martin lovingly looks after all details of a guest’s stay.

We had an amazing stay at Martin's apartment. It is right in the heart of the old town and walkable nearly everywhere. The guestbook that Martin provides has all the relevant information about the local area. The apartment is fantastic, and has a large private patio with a view of one of the towers of the Alhambra. The apartment is charming, and fits right into the local vibe. The mattresses were impeccable, as was the bedding. It was like staying in a five star hotel. It is slightly tricky to get to as cars aren't allowed on the streets leading up to the apartment, but any phone map takes you right there after you get close in a cab. Martin allowed us to drop our bags off early with the cleaning staff and was very helpful/flexible on our departure as we left really late in the night. Overall, I'd say Martin is one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with and his apartment is a must-stay place if you want to experience Granada. Thanks Martin and best of luck with everything!!!
