Backs up to the peaceful bay and has great outdoor space! Each room has its own TV and there is WIF. 1 Queen Bed, 2 Full/Double Beds, 1 Queen pullout. Please read space details for more info. We, (Jenna and Jon) live in town which allows us to provide guests with exceptional hospitality. For easy, key free, check in, guests may chose a 5 digit code to directly access the condo. Our unit sleeps 8 guests, and all beds are brand new 2020. The back room has a queen bed. The second room has two full beds. The living room has a queen pull out couch with a memory foam mattress. Each room has a television. The 2 bedroom 1.5 bath town house is 2 levels and 1100 square feet. The ability to hang out back on the deck with the bay view really enhances this space! Safe and quiet neighborhood, with walking distance to all you could need and more! Bedroom 1- Queen Bed Bedroom 2- Two Full beds Living Room- Queen Sleeper Each room has its own TV and there is WIFI. The kitchen is stocked with cups, plates, cooking utensils, and pots and pans. The unit has a washer and dryer, an iron, an ironing board, and 2 hair dryers. To make travel easy we have provided 8 beach chairs, a beach cooler, and a pack and play. We also have board games, puzzles, cards, and movies. There is a DVD player in the living room. For quick turn over and cleanliness purposes, we DO NOT provide linens (bath towels, beach towels, pillow cases, bed sheets). All beds and pillows have protectors. We take cleanliness very serious! The condo is always stocked with dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and a few cleaning supplies, should you need them. We always leave guests with a fresh roll of paper towels, a few rolls of toilet paper, and a fresh sponge. Check in is at 4pm. However, we do our best to have the unit ready earlier, and message our guests through the app if they may access the unit earlier. Once guests have checked in, we always like to make sure they have everything they need. We take a lot of pride in this condo, as it was our first home.
