appartement très bien équipé et très propre. Par contre, il faut prendre la voiture pour aller où que ce soit, l'appartement est excentré, mais le stationnement est très facile. à noter aussi que la terrasse "rooftop", semble être à l'abandon ( meubles très abîmés voir cassés et non débarrassés), et mal équipée pour etre utilisée en été ( rien pour s abriter du soleil). a noter, la terrasse est commune au 3 appartements du dernier étage et on y accède à pied depuis le 3em.

Ze wilden electra apart opmeten. Ik kon gelukkig laten zien dat ik dit zelf actief had nagevraagd, daarna verviel dit pas. Ik had enkele dagen voor aankomst gevraagd of het gehele appartement goed verwarmd kon worden; hier werd gesuggereerd dat dit in orde was. Ik heb aangegeven dat dit nodig was aangezien mijn man onverwacht in het ziekenhuis terecht was gekomen ( hij mocht niet in een koude omgeving zijn). Toen we aankwamen was alles ijskoud. We probeerden vanalles, kregen alleen de woonkamer warm, andere 2 kregen we niet aan de praat (betreft een airco systeem, geen cv). De ochtend na aankomst meteen gaan bellen. Conciërge kreeg 1 wel werkzaam en andere niet. We moesten wachten op reparateur of nieuwe kachel. Het telefonische contact was onprettig; we hadden eerder moeten bellen, er was niet EXACT gezegd dat er verwarming was etc. Schandalig om het bij ons neer te leggen. uiteindelijk vertrokken, compensatie zou komen, belachelijk laag voorstel. Tot op heden geen redelijk voorstel

We stayed for one week in the apartment and over all the place is nice - even if we feel the photos look better than the actual place - the reason we don’t rate 5 stars is that it was freezing cold. Every morning we woke up with 16 degrees in the house and needed to turn on the ac constantly, always having in mind that electricity is paid separately which really sucks when you rent a place that is not getting warm. When you finally made it to a temperature which is okay and you turn the ac off, it takes 10 mins and it’s cold again. Other than that the apartment is in a nice neighborhood and close to the beach and some nice walks. The communication went really smooth and the lady who welcomed us was really nice. Maybe in the summer months our experience would have been a different one!
