Great house and yard. Clean and comfortable. Will definitely return. Only negative - No working lights in both upstairs bathrooms and no replacement bulbs could be found.

We came for to Salt Lake to visit our daughter and ski. The home was difficult to get into due to the lock but we figured it out by the time we left. Evolve was quick to respond with text messages and the host was very polite and willing to help. The home was clean and spacious and fit all of our guests comfortably. The home was well laid out with two bedrooms upstairs and one down. There was really no place to store our ski gear, but we made it work in the small entryway space available. There were a few cosmetic issues, including a walkway to the front of the house that was falling apart, a faucet that was not tight and provided no cold water and a bathroom light in one of the bathrooms that did not work. It also would’ve been nice to have a door on the office for quiet workspace. We were pleasantly surprised at the larger couch in the living room that was not pictured in the listing. Other than this the home was perfect for what we needed. Would recommend Evolve for stay.

Accommodating and responsive host, easy access to skiing, including a bus to park city, and to downtown salt lake, and a comfortable bed!
