Nice, cosy house! Well situated on a lovely island. Great hiking and end of January the best season to avoid too many tourists.

Wat een kneuterig oud huisje, heerlijk! In het centrum van Nes, maar zo voelt dat absoluut niet. Daarnaast ook ongelooflijk vriendelijke mensen die zich zeer flexibel willen opstellen, heel fijn!

Een perfecte locatie aan de rand van het dorp, rustig, mooi gelegen waarbij makkelijk het dorpje inloopt. Prettige en vriendelijke ontvangst. Een plek om nog eens terug te komen!

This cottage was a lovely place to stay in a quiet but central corner of Nes and a great base to explore Ameland. The yard was also perfect for bringing our dog along and the host was very kind and welcoming. However, I do think for the price paid per night plus the cleaning fees, there could be better amenities provided (i.e. towels, wifi, better kitchen utensils, etc.). Overall, would definitely recommend!
