Great location, quiet neighborhood with decent parking. Comfortable bed, hot shower, large apartment. I would stay here again.

We had a FANTASTIC stay here — everything, from making reservations to checkout, was simple and efficient! The property is in a great location — while it is right along Southard and only two short blocks from Duval, it was quiet, private and really convenient to everything. Because it is centrally located, we still rented a golf cart but left it parked most of the time as we really did not need it except to get to the beach. Next year, we’ll use Uber and skip the golf cart. Checkin instructions were clear and straightforward — even got coupons for local restaurants and bars which was nice! The unit was spotless, plenty of bath towels, comfortable bed, pillows, sofa and nice kitchen. (The only reason why I did not give five ⭐️ on the “Value” question was because, even with its price, it lacked a dishwasher and washer and dryer which is what we find to be typical for a unit of this price. All in all we WOULD stay here again and recommend it to others. A great Christmas!
