We had a great time in the Hamptons. Good location. Place was exactly as described. I didn’t talk to the host as everything was explained very clearly in the guide. Great experience overall!

We had a nice time in Hampton Bays. That area can get very pricey and this was a good deal and location - close to shops and driving distance to the beach. The beds and sofa were comfortable but could use use a coffee table in the living room. Although the house wasn’t cleaned when we initially arrived, cleaning services came through the next day and the owner let us stay a little longer to make up for the inconvenience. I would stay again.

We made it work. We were a party of 4. 2 arrived early a lil & were greeted by the owners cousin. He was very helpful in gaining access. There were small issues but nothing earth shattering. The ones who drink coffee ,glad they knew the button was in the back of machine. *We brought our own k cups. Older woman was shorter it was a lil bit challenging to reach. The ice maker in fridge was out of order. When we cooked all 3 smoke detectors went off. We opened a window moving forward. Front window treatment didn’t close properly for privacy. Bedroom bath & shower are narrow. Water & pressure are excellent! * just don’t put any body part near, the hot is WAY HOT ( be careful). Elderly gentlemen found the floors to have a small height difference between room & kitchen. Driveway & yard were large great, minus the tractor under kit window.BBQ sadly was unable to be used. Our contact was very attentive & worked with us when we reached out. A house info book would have helped.

Cozy place to stay. One of the toilets didn’t work and the kitchen it’s finicky. But overall a good place to stay.
