Will was so accommodating and responsive to the couple of texts I sent. Especially loved the porch and the serenity. I was celebrating my 75th birthday with daughter and family who live locally and they were very comfortable with me staying at the tiny houseboat. Will has done a fantastic job with the decor. The walkway along the waterfront is beautiful. I loved my 3 night stay. Judy

Fantastic stay, probably my best airbnb experience! Can’t say enough about the houseboat itself, absolutely beautiful! The harbor was so incredible to look at every morning & watching the lil water creatures come to the surface. Stunning sunrise & sunsets just steps away from the boat. Everything was better than described. Good food nearby, didn’t need a car, everything walkable. I’d give more than 5 stars if possible. Will is the best Host!!!thank you Will😊. Janice

Our stay was great! The houseboat was cute and comfortable and just the right amount of space. We went to the downtown area to walk and try the bars and also took the St. Johns River boat out for dinner! Will was a great host, very responsive and welcoming!

The Famous Tiny Houseboat was clean, modern, and walking-distance to downtown Sanford. This was our first time staying at an airbnb, and we were not disappointed.
