Home was as advertised. Though we did not meet them, host was responsive and very patient and accommodating with multiple changes to our itinerary, and responsive to needs during our visit. This is a manufactured home parked in a gravel lot next to a busy highway, overlooking a storage facility. Though it is near the lake, there is no lake access or scenic/peaceful outdoor space. Rogers, Bentonville, and Beaver Lake are a short drive away. Home was very clean with plenty of clean linens. Kitchen was stocked but missing a few basic items.
This is great location minutes from downtown Rogers .

Cleanliness is surperb! Beds comfy! Linens wonderful. Behind the timy house is like a dream trail to walk. Shaded and beautiful! My first of many stays with this host!
