We absolutely loved staying at The Tiny House off of Hwy. 12 in Rogers, AR! It is the perfect size and we loved the layout of this Tiny home. We were very busy with family and other events while we stayed there and all was great. We did have to extend our stay for one more night due to a funeral in the family that came up pretty sudden; which was nearby. When I called Bonnie, the house keeper, she always responded immediately and was very nice. I would suggest having an iron in the home as we needed one to get some wrinkles out in a pair of slacks, etc. One other small thing was that we didn't see any hand soap in the bathroom so I did leave some liquid hand soap on the sink before we checked out along with a fresh container of coffee in the kitchen! We will definitely try to stay here again when visiting with our family in the future! Oh, and the cute lights that are around the porch are SO helpful when it gets dark; they let us know we're close to the entrance!

We loved the tiny house, which was perfect for what we needed and only 5 minutes from Prarie Creek boat ramp. We will stay again next trip.

This place is the cutest!! We stayed for a Razorback game and it was a lot of fun! It’s a bit of a drive but we would do it again!
