The building and apartment still feels like new. It has everything you need. Lots of windows gives a lot of light. Motorized blinds. Private parking spot in the garage. Slept great in the beds. There is no window blind in the smallest of the two bedrooms. The glass wall makes the apartment look and feel bigger, which is great, but there is no sound proofing, therefore you are in the same room sound wise. It's on the 3rd floor with no lift. Worth to notice if you have many items with you. I did like the couch comfort less and less, but on the flip side I was staying there over 50+ days. It is a semi private entrance, since it's also used by companies on the 1st and 2nd floor. The main office on the ground floor has a separate entrance, with a see through glass wall between the apartment and office entrance. The new complex being built behind the loft will still be ongoing for some time during daytime, regarding noise. Everything summarized I did have a good time in the loft! :)

Très bel appartement avec parking, ce qui est un plus car il est difficile de trouver des places de parking dans le quartier. Emplacement idéal pour visiter Setubal, à quelques kilomètres du centre-ville, du port et des plages.
